Please note that approved collection centres are shown on the map, if a collection is not on the map it is not pre-approved.
Unapproved collection centres
If one of your clients attends an unapproved collection centre, any additional costs for this attendance will be passed on to you.
If it is critical to attend a collection centre that is not on the map, please reach out to [email protected] to discuss, this may involve a different commercial agreement and will impact test and collection pricing
