Do you have a collection centre near me?
To check whether there is a collection centre near you, use our collection map https://bloodygood.com.au/pages/collection-centres.
The collection map will drop a pin in the middle of the suburb or postcode you enter, and not at the nearest collection site. Surrounding collection sites are displayed with logos of the nearest centres.
Once you see a near-by logo - click on the logo and the address and opening times will be displayed.
I can't see any collection centres on the map, what's wrong?
The most likely scenario is the map is too zoomed in and you can't see the collection sites.
How to fix it:
Enter your postcode or suburb in the collection map - a pin will drop in the middle of the suburb
If you're not seeing any results, try zooming out or scrolling the map to reveal more options in surrounding areas - collection sites are shown by the labs logo
Click on a logo to see the centre's address, opening hours, and whether you need to book ahead.
If the map is loading slowly or not displaying properly, try opening it in a different browser (Chrome and Safari tend to work best), clearing your browser cache, or switching from your phone to a computer. If it's still not cooperating, get in touch with our support team, and we can look up locations for you.
Do I need to book an appointment, or can I walk in?
Most of our tests do not require a booking and most collection centres accept walk-ins during their regular opening hours, however please note some specialised tests (such as Semen tests) do require booking, however this will be clearly labelled on the test.
The map listing for each centre will usually note whether a booking is needed. If you're unsure, it's worth calling the centre directly before heading in. Their contact details will be on the map listing.
