How to - Create a Practitioner Test Bundle

Creating a Test Bundle

Step 1: Login to the Bloody Good Practitioner Portal

Open https://app.bloodygoodtests.com.au in your web browser and login.

If you have not got a practitioner Bloody Good account, you may have to sign up first.

Once logged in > click on your account image and select your organisation.

Step 2: Create a Test Bundle

Click on "Test Bundles" in the left hand menu

This Test Bundles section is where you can do one of the following:

  • select an existing test bundle created by Bloody Good, or

  • create a brand new custom test bundle (selection of biomarkers) yourself

Step 2a: Customising a Test Bundle

If you choose to create a custom Test Bundle you can do so by clicking the red "Create Test Bundle" button in the top right hand corner

Here you can select and combine existing biomarkers & bundles

Step2b: Creating a brand new custom Test Bundle

If you wish to create an entirely new customised Test Bundle click "skip" and start from scratch


Here you hand pick the biomarkers you wish to include in your bundle.

Our test builder will automatically calculate the price of the bundle as you add biomarkers. Different combinations of biomarkers result in different pricing.

This is also where you can add in your own custom service fee if you wish to, your customer will never see a break down of these costs.

Once you have created the bundle and added your custom service fee you can select 'continue'.


Step 3: Give your bundle a name and description.

Give your new customised Test Bundle a name and description and click on the green Finish button.


Step 4: Saving your Test Bundle as a Template for reoccuring use

If you want to offer your test bundle more than once then make sure to tick "Yes, I would like to save this bundle as a template"

Step 5: Send it to your client

You can send the bundle directly to your client for them to purchase, or purchase the bundle for them on their behalf and they only receive the referral.

Step 5a: Sending directly to client

  • fill in the details in the box and the test will be sent to your client to purchase themselves


Step 5b: purchasing the Test Bundle on behalf of the client

If you want to purchase the test on behalf of your client, click Skip in the box above.

This will take you to the following page

Here click the red "Actions" button and you can choose from the following:

  • Send to (see Step 5a)

  • Buy for

  • Copy Bundle URL

Buy for - You pay for the bundle (note: for this feature you MUST have a credit card linked to your file)

Copy Bundle URL - Use this if you want to copy-paste the link to the Bundle in an email to your client.

This works similar to the ‘Send to” feature - it will copy a Stripe URL link that allows your client to purchase the bundle right away.


Step 6: Your client must verify their email address & personal details with Bloody Good

Once you or your client has purchased the bundle they will need to fill in their personal details and verify their email address with Bloody Good.

Useful things to know:

  • Referrals are sent out instantly once the account is verified

  • Once you, or your client, has purchased the bundle, it will appear in the Referrals tab on the left hand side in the Practitioner Portal

  • Once results are received from the lab and uploaded by Bloody Good, the referral will automatically move into your Results tab.

  • You (and your client) will receive an email notifying you that results are available to be viewed.
