How to - Create a Practitioner Organisation Account

Setting up a practitioner / organisation account

Step 1: Navigate to https://app.bloodygoodtests.com.au in your web browser

Step 2: Click Log In - This will open a new Tab - fill in your details, select Signup.

Step 3: Fill in additional details, tick the boxes and click complete.

Step 4: You will then land on this page, a note will appear directing you to go to your email inbox and verify your email address.

Step 5: Below is the email you will receive, click ‘Verify Email Now’

Step 6: You can now log in to your account.

Step 7: Login with your credentials, click on your account image (top right)

Then select + New Organisation

Step 8: Select Create Organisation

Step 9: Fill out your company information. Be sure to read the Platform Terms, check the box. Select Create Organisation

Step 10: On the left hand side, open settings, under General enter in your company information.

Step 11: Scrolling down, add in the your email addresses where you would like the notifications to come to.

IMPORTANT - make sure you add an email address where you can be notified of results for tests sold - we recommend a centralised email that practitioners may have access to.

Step 12: Scrolling down further again this is where you can customise if you want a chromeless collection centre package, if you want to link the Bloody Good Test one directly.

Click Save.


Step 13: Clicking across to Branding, this is where you can add your company logo, and adjust to match your colours.

Step 14: Clicking across to Api Keys, here you can generate an Api here if you would like, you can do this by agreeing to the terms, adding in the billing information, then selecting Enable API.


Step 15: Moving across to the Billing tab, If you haven't enabled an API Key you will be required to fill in your payment methods here. Our system is set up that if the default credit card fails it will automatically try the secondary card

  • If you have enabled an API you will have filled this out through the tab prior.

Step 16: On the intergrations tab, this is where you can configure a store ( eg, Webflow & Shopfify)

Click Configure new store


Step 17: Select your store provider, add in your store information, select add.

At this stage we are offering Shopify & Webflow, please notify us if you use a different platform.


Step 18: From here click on Tests, click on Create Test Bundle

This is where you can start to create your bundles for your clients.

Step 19: Here you can choose from one of our BGT bundles that are listed on our website. Or click skip and you may create your own selection of biomarkers you would like to be tested.

Step 20: Or click skip and you may create your own selection of biomarkers you would like to be tested. Once you have created the bundle you can select continue.

Step 21: Name your bundle a name and description.

If this is a bundle you would like to continue to offer to your clients you can tick the box that allows you to save the bundle as a template.

Then select finish

Step 22: This box will appear, this allows you to send the test bundle direct to your client for them to purchase directly. Or you can select skip.

Step 23: From here, you can click Actions, and select one of the drop down options.

  • Send to - You can send the bundle to your client and they can purchase.

  • Buy for - for this feature you MUST have a credit card linked to your file,

  • Copy Bundle URL - This works much the same as the ‘Send to” feature, it will copy a Stripe URL link that allows your client to purchase the bundle right away.

Step 24: Once you your client has purchased the bundle this will then move to your referrals tab.

When their results have been sent, and uploaded by the BGT team, this will go into your results tab. An email will get sent directly through to you and your client.
