How do at-home test kits work?
Each kit comes with step-by-step instructions, sample collection tools, a prepaid return envelope, and a unique tracking code. You collect your sample at home, package it as instructed, and drop it off at a post office or mailbox. You don't have to be a bloody healthcare worker to do one of these yourself.
What does postage and delivery cost?
Postage and delivery is free as it's included in the price of your at-home test kit and a pre-paid reply envelope will be supplied.
How long does it take to get results from an at-home kit?
Each at-home test kit analysis time will vary depending on which test you select with different samples requiring varying analysis times to get the results. Rest assured we release your results as soon as we receive them from the labs.
Do I need to prepare before collecting my sample?
Some kits may have specific preparation requirements, please read all the information provided with the kit prior to collecting your sample and ensure you follow all instructions.
What labelling is required on my sample?
Make sure the information on your sample collection vials matches exactly the information on your test request form. Required details include your name, date of birth, date of collection, and time of collection. Missing or incorrect information may lead to delays or the need for a new collection. Double check the test kit to see what information you need to provide.
What if my sample is damaged or lost in transit?
If your sample is damaged or lost during shipping, contact our support team. We'll send a replacement kit at no extra cost.
What if I make a mistake while collecting my sample?
