How to: Send a test bundle to a customer

Select the red 'Actions' button next to test bundle you would like to send.

Select from the drop down options:

- You can send the bundle via email to your client to purchase.

Fill our your customers name, email address and any comments you would like to add, hit send.

They will receive an email that looks like this, where they can click the "Buy Test Bundle" button that will take them directly to a page where they can purchase your test bundle

A purchase page will open - your client will need to fill in their personal information, verify they are human and provide consent prior to continuing to payment.

Once payment details are entered and payment is processed, the client will need to verify their email address and then their referral will be sent to them via email.

You have the option to purchase a test on behalf of your client.

If you choose to do so, a credit card must be linked to your file.

Fill our your customers name, email address and any comments you would like to add.

Tick the box to acknowledge that you have gained consent to purchase this test on behalf of your client.

Click 'buy'.

Once the payment is processed your customer will receive two emails.

An email notifying them a test bundle has been purchased for them with a prompt to verify their email. This must be done in order for your client to access their results.

The second email will contain the referral itself and instructions on what to do prior to the test.

The email will also include a handy link to a map with all our collection sites

This options allows you to copy the bundle URL and paste it where ever you need to and send it directly to your client. They can follow the link and purchase the bundle as outlined in step 1a. ‘Send to”
