At-home test kits let you collect your sample at home and send it to the lab by post. Here's how the process works.
Ordering. Browse the at-home test kit range on our website and place your order. Your kit will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout.
What's in the kit. Each kit includes step-by-step instructions, sample collection tools, a prepaid return envelope, and a unique tracking code. Postage is included in the price.
Collecting your sample. Read all the instructions before you start. Some kits have specific preparation requirements, so check before collecting. Make sure the information on your sample collection vials matches the details on your test request form: name, date of birth, date and time of collection.
Returning your sample. Package your sample as instructed and drop it off at a post office or mailbox using the provided prepaid envelope.
Getting your results. Processing times vary depending on the type of test. Your results will be released to your account as soon as they're ready, and you'll receive an email notification.
If something goes wrong. If your sample is damaged or lost in transit, or if something goes wrong during collection, contact our support team. We'll help sort out the next steps, which may include sending a replacement kit at no extra cost.
