One of the most useful things about testing regularly is being able to see how your biomarkers change over time. Your account stores all of your past results, so you can compare them side by side.
Viewing your history:
Log in to your account and go to Results. All your past tests are listed here. You can view individual results and compare values across different test dates to see how your biomarkers are trending.
Making the most of tracking:
Test consistently. For the most useful comparison, retest the same biomarkers at similar intervals. Every three to six months is a good starting point for most people.
Note the conditions. If a test required fasting, make sure you fast for subsequent tests too. Consistency in preparation helps you compare like with like.
Share trends with your GP. Your GP can use changes over time to spot patterns that a single snapshot might not reveal.
Tracking over time is where health monitoring becomes most valuable. A single result is a snapshot; a series of results tells a story.
