How to create a Practitioner Test Bundle (Quick Guide)

Eirly Health > Guides > Practitioners

Written by Dr Daniela Berg

A test bundle is a collection of biomarkers that you put together for your clients. You can choose from existing bundles or build a custom selection from scratch.

Steps

  1. Log in to the practitioner portal and select your organisation from the account menu (top right).

  2. Click Test Bundles in the left-hand menu.

  3. Click the Create Test Bundle button in the top right corner.

Choose your biomarkers

You have two options:

  • Start from an existing bundle. Select one of the pre-built bundles to use as a starting point, then customise it by adding or removing individual biomarkers.

  • Build from scratch. Click Skip to start with a blank bundle and hand-pick the biomarkers you want to include.

The bundle builder automatically calculates the price as you add biomarkers.

The price you see is the wholesale rate.

We charge a service fee, and there's a separate collection fee that is passed straight through to you as a cost, rather than something we mark up.

You can also add a custom service fee at this stage. Your client will see a single total price and won't see a breakdown of the service fee.

Once you're happy with the selection, click Continue.

Name and save your bundle

Give your bundle a name and description. If this is a bundle you plan to offer repeatedly, tick "Yes, I would like to save this bundle as a template". Saved templates appear in your Test Bundles list for future use.

Click Finish to create the bundle.

What happens next

After creating the bundle, you'll be prompted to send it to a client. You can either send it straight away or skip and return to it later from the Test Bundles tab. See the Send a Test Bundle guide for details on the different delivery options.

Things to know

  • Referrals are generated automatically once the client has paid and verified their account.

  • Once results are received from the lab and processed, they'll appear in your Results tab. Both you and your client will receive an email notification.

  • You must save a bundle as a template if you want to use it with the Shopify integration or API.
