Once a client has purchased their test bundle and verified their email, their referral is generated automatically.
Your client will be able to access their referral my logging into my.bloodygoodtests.com.au
You will be able to access it by logging into your practitioner portal at app.bloodygoodtests.com.au
You can download it from the practitioner portal to share with them or keep for your records.
Steps
Log in to the practitioner portal and select your organisation.
Click Referrals in the left-hand menu.
Find your client's name in the list.
Click Download Referral on the right hand side.
The referral PDF will download to your device. Your client also receives their referral by email, so in most cases they'll already have a copy.
The referral contains the test instructions and details of the biomarkers being tested.
Your client takes this referral to a pathology collection centre to have their blood drawn.
