You can add a custom service fee to any test bundle. This fee is included in the total price your client pays, but the breakdown is not visible to them. Service fees are a way to charge for your consultation, administration, or other value-added services on top of the base test cost.
Steps
Log in to the practitioner portal and select your organisation.
Click Test Bundles in the left-hand menu.
Either create a new bundle or select an existing one to edit.
In the bundle builder, you'll see a field for your custom service fee. Enter the amount you'd like to add.
Click Save.
Your client sees only the total price when purchasing the bundle. The service fee portion is not itemised on their receipt or referral.
How service fee payments work
Custom service fees collected through the platform are paid out to you on a regular schedule. Make sure your bank details are up to date with the team so payments reach the correct account.
A platform service fee applies to each transaction. Check your organisation settings or contact support for current rates.
