Your referral is the document you present at the collection centre when you go to have your blood drawn. You need to have verified your email before your referral will be available.
Log in to your account.
Click Referrals in the navigation.
Click Download Referral next to the relevant order.
The referral PDF will download to your device.
Your referral is also sent to your email after your account is verified. If you can't find it, check your spam or junk folder.
You can take a printed copy or show the PDF on your phone at the collection centre. A printed copy is ideal as some centres prefer it, but most will accept it on screen.
