An organisation account lets you manage test bundles, track client results, configure billing, and set up integrations under your practice name.
You'll need to create a personal account first, then set up your organisation from within the portal.
Create your personal account first, then set up your organisation from the portal
Navigate to the practitioner portal in your web browser app.bloodygoodtests.com.au
Click Sign Up and fill in your details (name, email, password).
Complete the additional registration fields, accept the terms, and click Complete.
You'll be prompted to verify your email address. Check your inbox and click Verify Email Now in the confirmation email.
Once verified, log in to the portal.
Set up your organisation
After logging in, click your account image in the top right corner.
Select + New Organisation.
Click Create Organisation.
Fill in your company information, read the Platform Terms, tick the acceptance box, and click Create Organisation.
Configure your organisation settings
Once your organisation is created, open Settings from the left-hand menu to complete your setup:
General: Enter your company details and add the email addresses where you'd like to receive notifications. We recommend adding a centralised email that relevant practitioners can access, so result notifications reach the right people.
Branding: Upload your company logo and adjust colours to match your brand. These appear on client-facing materials generated through the platform.
Billing: Add your payment method. You can add a primary and secondary credit card. If the primary card fails, the system will automatically try the secondary. You can also view your invoices from this tab.
Integrations: If you'd like to connect an external store (such as Shopify or Webflow), you can configure that from the Integrations tab. See the Shopify Integration guide for detailed setup instructions.
Next steps
With your organisation set up, you can start creating test bundles and sending them to clients. Head to Test Bundles in the left-hand menu to get started.
